NULL//VOID
NULL//VOID is a top-down ASCII roguelite set inside a hostile digital system. You play as a rogue piece of injected code — an unauthorized process that slipped past the firewall and now has one objective: purge every surviving fragment of malicious code before the machine wipes you out.
Fight through waves of corrupted daemons, security nodes, elite processes, and sector bosses as you descend deeper into a dying network. Each run lets you build your shell in different ways through level-up patches, elemental effects, relics, firmware upgrades, hardware upgrades, and rare legendary buffs that can radically shift your playstyle.
Choose from multiple unlockable shells across progression tiers, each with its own role and special ability. Stack breach hits, surge strikes, burn, shock, chill, orbital malware, and passive synergies to create broken builds capable of tearing through the system.
Features:
- top-down ASCII roguelite action
- multiple playable shells with unlockable tiers
- build-crafting through runtime upgrades, relics, and elemental effects
- bosses, mini-bosses, elites, and evolving sector threats
- persistent progression with firmware and hardware upgrade paths
- embedded retro-styled audio and background music
- dark cyber / hacking aesthetic inspired by terminal screens and corrupted systems
Survive long enough to reach the root daemon at sector 100, destroy it, and bring the entire machine down into null//void.
